Double room available in a modern, detached property in the NR3 area of Norwich. The house has a large, modern open kitchen and lounge area with plenty of space and natural light leading out to a large garden.

There is a driveway which provides plenty of off road parking, a bus route at the end of the road.

There is just one other lodger plus myself, so you will have plenty of privacy and space. Any smoking will be expected to be done outside of the house (there is a covered area) but no other house rules other than mutual respect for housemates regards noise etc. There is full central heating, broadband etc. and all bills are included in the rent.
