Double room with en-suite available in a quiet house in a quiet road in Norwich

Conveniently situated for UEA and NNUH and the city centre of Norwich. Close to buses into the city, UEA and the hospital

The room is fully furnished with private ensuite. The kitchen, living space and garden are shared with one other. On street permit free parking is available. There is a shed with space for a bicycle and an easily accessible loft for storage.

There is WiFi and a washing machine. All bills apart from telephone are included.

The house is shared with a creative, left wing, pro Europe, fiercely anti Brexit, atheist female pensioner and a cat. We both appreciate peace and quiet, evenings in front of the telly, and one of us likes adventurous food and a good red wine.

Would suite a quiet, mature academic, post doc, post grad student or similar. Smoking tolerated but outside only.
