Double Bedroom (Mon-Fri) 15 min to train station

Hi. I'm looking for a lodger to share a terraced house located near the train station and the city centre. House has been refurbished so is very clean and tidy. Is located about 15min away from the train station and very close to the shops (Tesco express, Iceland, Boots) and groceries and such. Double bedroom comes furnished, there is a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and the chair. House has central heating and double glazing windows. There is a washing machine, fridge freezer, fibre optic Wi-Fi and rear garden. Room is now available for a single person, non smoker only. Looking for
someone quiet, clean, tidy and respectful who is full time employed. You will share a house just with myself. I'm friendly professional who is interested in music, travel, art, books. Looking for someone who will stay between Mon-Fri, but during weekends you can still keep your things in the room, so there is no need to move in/out every week.
