Double room to rent

Hi guys I have a light and spacious room to rent. At the moment it’s just myself and my cat Noah living here. I’m looking for a professional person to come and share our lovely home with us. You would have your very own bathroom, virgin box in your room and the rent will include a cleaner I would need you to go onto the contract so there will be Letting agency fees but no deposit required.
