Double bedroom (City center NR3)

Located in the city center close to university of arts (NR3), and 7 minutes walking from the central market. The house has 3 floors. On the ground there are the living room, tiny bathroom and the kitchen. The rest two floors have the bedrooms, big bathroom and a study room. At the back door there is a carpark which you can use if you have a car (it's included in the whole price of the house). The room is furnished, it's cozy and bright as well.
