Fully furnished double room in a two bedroom house, close to the city centre.
My housemate is moving out at the end of August so I'm looking for someone to move into her lovely room from the beginning of September.
I'm a 25 year old woman, I like to think I'm very friendly, I'm sociable and easy to live with, and a huge nerd, and I'm looking for someone similar to move in. LGBT+ friendly (because I am!)
The house benefits from two living areas, kitchen, bathroom (with shower and bath), washing machine, dishwasher, and permit parking.
All bills except WiFi are included, extra £14 on top for WiFi. The room is currently furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and nightstand, however if you would like the room unfurnished this is possible.
Due to covid-19 I will be working from home until the end of December in one of the downstairs rooms.
The pictures up are not the most current, so will be updated by the end of the week (1st Aug 2020).
