House available (Rent a room contract)

Though being advertised as a room in a house, this will be under a rent a room lodgers contract room in a two bed house, I am only planning to stay at this property for a maximum (if at all) of 2 days each month, and hence this is reflected in the price as it will be as if you’re renting the whole property to yourself.

Rent shown is excluding bills.

The property is a standard victorian house next to the football stadium, within walking distance of Morrison and the Riverside area.

The ground floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with a back garden.

The first floor consists of 2 double bedrooms.

One of the bedrooms will officially be kept by me to use when I visit (though can be used whilst I’m away) and the other is being rented out.

Your master bedroom, shown in the picture, has an additional study room attached to it.

Couples could be considered.

You will be expected to pay all the bills including council tax in full. The total bills is expected to be about 200/month depending on usage.
