In Golden Triangle close to city centre

Beautiful large room in a Georgian end-of-terrace which I have just moved into. Double bed for single occupancy.

I am looking for a easy-going housesharer / lodger of any age and any persuasion, the only requirement being that they are responsible and reasonable, and respect neighbours and occupant(s).

I have a smaller room also available for less rent, which I may or may not make available, depending on response.

It's a lovely house, and the rooms could be made available sooner if needs be.
