Easy walk and safe cycle into Norwich city centre. (15min walk to Sainsbury's on Queen's Road). or off-road cycle path (5-10mins to city centre), 2 min walk to nearest bus stop.

I'm looking for a clean, respectful and preferably professional person/s to live in my home. I work away and only come back for an occasional weekend or short trip a few times a year to visit friends and family so you would have the house to yourself for most of the time.

A little bit about me: I work in sustainability, enjoy being active and out in nature, surfing, cycling or going to gigs. Norwich has been my home for many years and I'm very fond of the city!

Excluded bills: energy which is your responsibility.
