A double room in a flat 5 minutes from NUA

We have a double room free on the first floor of a 2 story flat, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and open planned lounge and dining area, in Peel Mews off Westwick street ideal for students.

We are 2 girls both going into our 3rd year of illustration and architecture! 5-minute walk to NUA, and 30 seconds to st. Benedicts street!

Lovely large living and dining area to chill or do work in with big windows and lots of storage space, super safe too. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink. The downstairs one has a bath too, which has recently been re-done.

The flat is right by the river so a lovely place to sit during the warmer days, but I'm afraid there is no parking available, a permit nearby could be a possibility but I'm not 100% sure. The flat itself is fantastic for students as its so close to everything, in a nice area and really well priced for the location!

The bedroom will be slightly renovated, walls painted etc and will include a double bed, desk, built in wardrobe and has a lovely big window seat too!

We are not too bothered about either a boy or girl living with us but ideally we need a student, from NUA or UEA. We are looking for someone who is fun, lovely and respectful. We are both sociable and welcoming but obviously enjoy time alone too.

£385 a month without bills. The property is through a lovely landlord and is happy to help with anything.

Tenancy starts 6th August and ends 6th August 2020.
