Fully furnished double room available

I have a fully furnished, large double room for rent on a quiet street in the NR2 area. It is available from 9th May. The room has ample storage space, with plenty of working room. No wide angled camera trickery used in photographing the house.

The room is south facing so benefits from lots of natural sunlight. It is easily accessible to both the UEA and the Norfolk and Norwich hospital. It is a short 20-25 mins walk to the city centre. Street parking is easily available as it is a non permit area and there are always spaces.

Female preferred as the other female housemate would prefer to share the bathroom with another female. I myself have an ensuite so do not use that one.

A security deposit is required and the first month’s rent paid in advance. No other fees are involved and the rental payment includes all bills.

The House:-
-Shared amenities in the house include garden, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and secure shed. All white goods (fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and oven) are recently purchased.
-All bills are included in the price (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband).

-Availability of free paddle board use on a sunny day
-Household is strictly non smoking
-House bicycle available

Housemates: I mysely work in the NHS and enjoy cycling, gym and heading out and about. The other female housemate works in reseach.
