Large Double Room in Warm, Friendly House

Hi!
This is a large double room with (randomly) a shower in one corner. The room comes furnished with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and a set of shelves. Our last housemate didn’t use the shower and just used our shared bathroom, which is being completely renovated at the beginning of August (hence no photos).
The house is warm in winter and bright in summer, with excellent transport links into Norwich via bus, on-street parking and a 15min walk to UEA. It also has an amazing garden which is great to hang out in during the summer, and a large kitchen which we use as a communal area as well.
My sister and I live together, both working as young professionals in Norwich. We’re clean, tidy and quiet, and happy to live with either a young professional or student who has the same attitude.
All bills are included in the monthly rent, including WiFi!
