Small introvert-friendly room for female

Seeking a female lodger in quiet quirky home with your own kitchenette, tucked away on the first floor down a long corridor. giving a sense of solitude. Home owned and shared by easy going mature lesbian couple.

We are looking for someone responsible with a strong sense of maturity, and consideration. There is limited shared communal space and, though we are friendly, we are not looking for an integrated housemate. Our priority is finding someone we feel comfortable to have in our home. Please respond with more about yourself and why you feel you would be a good fit.

All bills included. On street permit parking.
A short walk to city centre.

The room for rent is a box room with partial use of the adjacent spare room off the landing in our hall-entrance 3 bedroom terraced home. (see floorplan)

Bedroom: box room with a mid-riser bed with high quality single mattress. A desk pulls out or can slide under the bed (see pictures) There are two chests of drawers with plenty of storage space below the bed.

Cooking: The cupboard directly across from the box room has an ample under the counter fridge and microwave solely for tenant's use. There is also a kettle and toaster in the room.

There is only minimal use of main kitchen for washing up and arranged batch cooking as you have your own cooking facilities.

Washing machine and clothes line/airer available.

Our home features a unique island-themed bathroom which is pictured. There is a separate toilet upstairs and another downstairs. All shared with us.

We are a lesbian couple in our mid-50's who board dogs at home (one at a time). One of us is an American expat and Drama/Eng student at UEA and a Reiki Master. The other is a private therapist and performer/artist. One of us gets out and about most days while the other is limited by chronic fatigue. We have a chihuahua that we adopted. He is 9yrs old and well-behaved.

Our home is clean enough but NOT immaculate. We usually have a cleaner in twice a month. The bathroom and upstairs toilet will be cleaned weekly. Your space is up to you.

We are very near Waterloo and Wensum park. 20 minute walk to the Market place and City Centre. Aldi and small shops just 5 minutes walk. Bus stop is a 2 min walk.
