Great location, next to Earlham shops, barber, takeaway, close to Aldi and Fiveways shops. Walk to Uni or store your bike in locked well-lit bike sheds or park your cars for free outside the house. No permits required. Kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 cookers, 6 hobs, microwave. Separate utility area with washing machine and tumble drier. Dining area in sunroom off re-furbished kitchen and possible gaming area in large lounge with leather sofas, seating 6 in comfort. Large patio with garden furniture. Wooden laminate and tiled floors to downstairs for easy cleaning with white walls. Rooms have double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, drawers, storage, shelving, notice boards.
