Looking for a lodger

We have a spare room in our home and we are looking for a lodger. The room is fully furnished with a really comfortable bed a sofa wardrobe and desk . Shared newly fitted bathroom with powerful shower and extra deep bath. shared newly fitted kitchen .we are an easy going couple if you view the photos you will see we have 2 dogs and a cat the dogs stay downstairs but the cat walks around upstairs so must be an animal lover.
Price includes all bils broadband ,and secure parking. Lothian street is in the heart of the city centre with st Benedict's street and the Norwich lanes on our doorstep good bus links on dereham road and the bus station and train station are only a short walk away
We would definitely be interested in a Monday to Friday let we would reduce the rent accordingly
