House has garden, lots of free parking, fully furnished, newly decorated this summer, lots of storage, lounge, large kitchen, downstairs toilet and main bathroom upstairs (shared between 4 tenants, as one room is en suite). 1 min walk from bus stop, buses run every 10 mins to the city, taking 10 mins. 5 min walk to aldi. 20 min walk or 5 min cycle to UEA.
