The room, for single occupancy only and preferablyfor a female, is furnished with a 4'6" double bed, bedside table, drawers, shelves, desk with operator chair, large walk-in wardrobe, mirrors and lamps. (Please note that the mattress shown in the video has been replaced, as per pic).
The 4 housemates share 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a spacious fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a lounge. The house never feels crowded.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridge freezers, range cooker, Siemens washing machine (dryer in outhouse), table & chairs, microwave, and all the pots & pans, crockery & utensils that you need. Plenty of cupboard space, plus extra in the sitting room.
Sunny lounge with leather sofas and tv.
South facing lawned garden with large patio and picnic table. Ideal for relaxing with a coffee, or enjoying a bbq.
Secure bike storage in outhouse to the rear, and on road parking.
The property is fitted with fire doors throughout, hard wired smoke/heat alarms, CO monitors, plus external security lights. Gas and electric certs. EPC rating C.
Aldi is a short walk away, and there are convenience stores at the end of the road.
