All new flooring, modern and massive kitchen & lounge as well as a big office (2 desks) in ‘ dining room’ which can be used where needed at times.

Driveway. On safe estate. Corner plot overlooking park and fields. Not overlooked. Driveways between neighbours. Property has a wide stoned area and hedge surrounding it.
Bus stop metres away from house with very regular buses into centre. NDR road means easier, access everywhere now which is 5min drive away.

Really looking to someone that is clean & tidy, respectful of each others space but does at feel the need to be stuck in their room. I have rented rooms a lot previously and I don’t want potential room mate to feel they have to be contained to their room. It’s a sizable house where you have basically your own ‘wing’ of the house (I joke with my friends).


Would consider someone with pets, although I do have a munchkin Sphynx indoor cat with me in my own space at all times. Indoor trained, no bother to anyone.

It would be sharing with just myself at the moment rather than a multiple people.

I can be away a bit with work in the uk and europe (with my little one not present at house) so sometimes you have the whole house to yourself.

I have a box room which can be added for another personal room such as a dressing room etc available also as well as the option of the downstairs current office being converted,, which can be more of a studio whereby you can fit a couch / desk within the room, due to the size, which can be discussed. (There is a downstairs toilet!)

I work long hours but when I can I like to cook, beach walks / jogs, gym, paddle board and odd meal out as well as vegging in front of the TV.
