Double room. With bed/drawers & wardrobe. Next door to very large bathroom with sink tub and separate shower for your main use (I have en-suite shower).
Loads of extra storage available in garage. Driveway. Recently paved garden with hot tub and gym stuff in garage. Extra freezers etc.
Bus stop metres away from house with very regular buses into centre. NDR road means easier, access everywhere now which is 5min drive away.
I work from home/the gym. Love socialising with my friends as well as chilling, meals out etc. Into gym . Friendly. I usually am in bed early most of the time and up early for work or the gym but happy to live with someone who works shifts.

Sky Q and broadband, aerial point in bedroom. Big sociable kitchen, big lounge.

Really looking to someone that is clean & tidy, respectful of each others space :) Its a sizable house where you have basically your own ‘wing’ of the house! I work from home and have a big office which I can share if needs be. I do travel in uk and Europe sometimes (my dog goes to kennels so not looking for a free dog sitter!) so there’s times you would have the house to yourself. I like people to think of this as a house share rather than renting a room.


Would consider someone with a dog but no cats sorry.
