*Free parking place in the front door and a little garage in the garden.
You need to keep the kitchen and toilet clean for all tenants.
Bills are not included but it will cost about 50 pounds per month in general.
Viewings are welcomed anytime.
All roommates are friendly Chinese students. They are good at communication.
