I am renting out the second floor of our house. Please note this is NOT JUST a bedroom, you will have your VERY OWN DOUBLE BEDROOM, BATHROOM and LIVING ROOM. You will be sharing the kitchen.
Me and my wife(young proffesionals) live in the house and we are a fun and chilled couple who have travelled for many years and have settled now. Cleanliness is very important to us and we would be happy to host people who are tidy, respectful and easy going.
The house is in queens hill and very close to retail park facilities(sainsburys, bannatyne ,range and a lot more). it will take you 15 minutes to drive and 30 minutes on the bus to the city centre. Queens hill is an amazing place to live and Im sure you will love it just as much as we do.
We have woodlands and beautiful walks next door.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED and you wont be paying anything other than the price stated above.
The house has got super fast fibre internet and free parking is available next to the house.
Deposit (800)and two references is needed as well along side a credit report.
COULPLES ARE WELCOME.(Rent 850)
We have a toy poodle in the house and I thought its worth letting you know in case you are not a fan of dogs :)
NO OTHER FEES OR AGENTS FEES.
No children please.
