The 1 bedroom apartment is about 8 minutes walk from the station. It's on Thorpe Road in a building called Eastgate House.

Microwave, Air Fryer, Slow Cooker, Pressure Cooker and Soup Maker (I like to cook)

Water, gas, electricity, council tax is all included along with 1 gb internet.

I own a bay right outside the flat as well which you can use if you have a car.

Due to me being a minimalist, I don't own a bed per say. Just a mattress which you can put up to the side. This gives you more room for activities.

I am willing to offer a one-bedroom flat for cheap because I would need it back by the end of March and still want to keep some of my belongings there. Of course, I will empty out the wardrobe and bedroom so you can put all your belongings there, but there will still be stuff in the living room. I will keep it all out of sight, and we can arrange that when you visit.

Ideally I would be looking for someone to just occupy my space and only have a few belongings of themselves. I can give a discount if you choose to pay in advance.
