We are looking for someone professional, tidy and not too noisy to rent our annex flat in Eaton just off Church Lane. The 5b bus goes from outside the door to the city regularly or there is parking. The flat is available from 31st January 2020.
It is newly refurbished and there integrated appliances in the kitchen area. It is part furnished but this is of course negotiable if you have your own furniture.
The rent includes all bills except council tax.
