Looking For One Student To Occupy Room

Hi! We are three first-year UEA students; Georgia, Adriana and Matt (two Modern Languages majors and one Biology major) looking for a fellow first or second year to occupy our fourth room next year (2020/21).

We are two girls from Spain and one boy from England all aged 18 who are all very chilled out people but do enjoy a good party and a lot of drinking from now and again. We're very clean people for the most part and enjoy cooking meals together to socialize. I'd like to say we're pretty cool and we'd like someone not just to live in the house but also to try and be our friend :)

The rent is cheap, the house being around a 30 min walk from campus or 15 mins cycling, just off Unthank road. It has a Co-op and a Tesco express very nearby and a lot of pubs and restaurants. It is a small but quaint house which we hope can be given lots of character next year by us!!!

We haven't visited the property that many times so we aren't 100% sure on all the details but if you're interested we can definitely arrange another viewing with the agent if you'd like to see it. We know there are currently no pictures but we will try to get some asap to show what the room is like.
