Colman road house

Hi there
I am Stephen 29 and i live with Nick 26, our 3rd housemate is leaving in Feb.
We live in a biggish house, 2 double rooms upstairs and a single room, one bathroom and a separate toilet room,
downstairs is 2 double rooms, biggish kitchen and like a conservatory with the fridgefreezer and washer and dryer in it. We have a pretty big well kept garden and a shed. Double driveway-at the back of the house.
We are both Engineering students at UEA - while its cold we are pretty much ether at uni or in our rooms, we both like watching shows and playing xbox- we both play guitar too. when the weather is better I will be outdoors alot more.
The house was/is unfurnished we have got most stuff in now, but you'd have to sort out your own room (tho we have a spare wardrobe and some stuff)
It's not a student house we like to keep pretty tidy, its all wooden floors so its easy to sweep up,, however it does seem to need a sweep every few days.
Straight arcoss the road is shops and gregs & pizza & chinese, and 2 mins up the road is CO-OP and fish&chips and charity shops. Also across and to the left is Eaton Park. Its a 20 min walk to UEA (or 6min cycle) Its a 30-40 min walk to town but plenty of busses around too .
We have 50 m virgin media , unlimited water
The total of rent and bills comes to £376 a month (may vary with gas and elec depending on usage)
We are sociable but also keep to ourselves, (I usually say yes to any adventure!) nick smokes (ovs outside) and i smoke now and then, we dont drink to much, now and then again. We would like someone with a sense of humor and is friendly and considerate. ATM it's 3 people, we could possibly have 4- this would decrease the rent share. also Rio is moving out in Feb but we can arrange things if you need in sooner, we have a spare room .
