The house is very central - roughly 10 minutes walk from the city centre, bus station and city college, the railway station is not much further! We are really close to Norfolk County Council and Avivia.
It's about a 20 minute bike ride from UEA and there are good bus routes close by. We are nearby to The Gym and Riverside Leisure Centre. Close to ASDA and Aldi, and the local Co-Op is a minute away. We are also nearby to takeaways: Pizza, Kebab, Indian and Chinese - there are also plenty of local pubs. Within delivery radius for deliveroo and uber eats.
I am a live-in landlord - Have had lodgers and students long stay for over 30 year so are very use to sharing our house with others. my partner and myself are away most weekends. We also have two cats.
