A warm and cosy home with only one other resident/live in landlord. I work as an actor, however currently a delivery driver due to lockdown. I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, gardening, film and theatre. I've been slowly playing the piano again after many years too. Would like to find a housemate who is clean and tidy, friendly and chatty. Ideally someone who wants to feel at home. I do smoke occasionally but only outside the house.

Longer term lets would have the option of decorating, putting up shelves, etc to make their room as personal as they would like.
