1 room available immediately in a 5 bedroom house

I have already moved out so my room is available to rent out immediately. I live in a five-bedroom house which you would share with two boys and two girls. They are a very friendly bunch and you would fit in quite easily. The house is about a five-minute walk from campus, ten minutes from Tesco has a co-op just down the road! There is also a bus stop just outside the house which makes it easy when travelling to and from town. The house has a lovely lounging area and a modern kitchen which has enough space to fit everyone’s things quite easily. My room has a comfortable double bed and walk-in wardrobe. A desk and chair are also provided. Rent is £380 (bills included).
