Room Available Within the Golden Triangle

Looking for somewhere very close to the bus route 26/26a to the City (you could walk it within 15minutes), the UEA, NNUH or the Research Park & in the opposite direction, to the Norwich Railway Station? Then you could not do better than reside in a clean, fully furnished, house with lounge, dining room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, three bedrooms (one with en-suite), & enjoy the sunny garden later in the year which also has a summer house & use of a shed.
Two friendly, quiet, people share the house & would love to welcome you. One is a mature student (UEA) & the other works in the City.
The room available is the attic room which most have 'divided' into two areas - a sleeping/lounging & a work & possessions area. It is not a small room but it is difficult to give a true picture with photographs. Best to view & decide, I think.
The tenant leaving has been at the house for a year.
