Double room in spacious school conversion

Hi, we are looking for a 4th flatmate, the house is a beautiful school converted into flats, ours is split over 2 floors, big kitchen and living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms and a separate shower room. Heaps of space, room can be furnished with double divan and mattress, but these are in storage at the moment. Room has loads of storage space. There is a shared courtyard, if you have a car you would need to arrange on street parking as we have 1 space that is currently occupied. Bills paid separately and will be £60 per month. We can give you a virtual tour of the room and house. Our current housemate is moving out, she can leave with a week's notice so you can move in anytime. We are all vegetarian/ vegan so would like our new housemate to be also, sorry no cooking/ storing meat in the shared kitchen.
