The house has 4 rooms, with two female housemates currently who are both lovely. One bathroom with an amazingly deep bath. The washing machine is less than a year old and the oven is new as of the 9th June.
It's along Unthank Road, 30-minute walk from the city centre and UEA. Number 25 bus stop close by with a 10-minute journey to UEA or the city centre.
The property manager is really good at keeping on top things and you can discuss how long you want the contract for.
