* Brendon (24 | male): Masters student at UEA.
* Liam (24 | male): Working at the Norwich Research Park.

This house is located in a quiet area with a 5/10 minutes walking distance from UEA campus. The house is very spacious with a large garden and comes furnished with a lot of equipment.

Tenants of the house are very nice and friendly and hangout very often to watch TV shows, movies, play games, barbecuing, etc.

Bills are managed by Billing Better agency and cost £56 per month and the contract of the house is managed by Prolet. The landlords are some of the best landlords in Norwich and visit once in a while to make sure that the tenants are happy with the state of the house.
