Room to let/flat share

Hello,

I have a single room/flat share available close to UEA (just off of Bluebell road) — Just seeing what interest there is for it before choosing to go forward.

I’m a doctor so not in very much at all. When I am in, I’m usually playing computer games, watching Netflix and/or drinking wine.

I enjoy computer games, running, sci fi, tennis, nights in with a beer or two and/or a good pub garden.

It’s a fairly small but comfortable size flat, very clean and tidy. Free parking is available (and parking for guests/visitors).

I have (very fast) internet for all of your devices.

Would appreciate a clean and tidy person (male or female) and someone who enjoys a good beer/glass of wine!
