Self-Contained Short-Term For Feb & March 2025

SHORT-TERM LET FOR EARLY 2025 We have one very short-term let available for a lodger from early 2025 - for just two months - February and March. The accommodation is self-contained, with its own shower room, with loo, and light cooking facilities. It is ideal for someone who is between properties or on a short-term contract. It is not suitable for anyone looking for a long-term tenancy or who works entirely from home. The accommodation is within a four-storey house situated in the Golden Triangle area of Norwich, 10 mins walk from the city centre and close to bus stops for UEA, the hospital and science park. Tesco and local shops are just two mins away. This suite is at basement level. It includes a large bedroom with a super-king-size bed and a window well. Also in the basement is a separate small shower room with loo and a small kitchenette. Please note this has no large oven or hob and is therefore also not suitable for serious cooking. There is a microwave/grill, toaster, kettle, fridge, coffee machine and washing machine. There is also a plug-in cooking pot. In addition to this accommodation, there are two other self-contained units where other lodgers live. Everyone who lives in this house enters via the same front door/hallway but lives very separately with their own bathroom and cooking facilities. We are looking for a single lodger not a couple. All bills (electricity, gas central heating, water, wifi and council tax) are included. If you are interested please tell us a little about yourself and please do ask us any questions.
