Spacious studio close to Norwich train station

Hi I am a UEA fresh graduate and I'm looking for someone to take my room as I'm leaving Norwich soon.

3-5 mins walk to train station, 25 bus stop to UEA opposite to the building, Tesco express near by....

The room is fully furnished with double bed, dinning table, sofa, breakfast desk/study desk, microwave/oven, wardrobe, massive storage shelves, air conditioner (both heat+cool), free laundry and bike storage.

There will be a new letting contract with the landlord for suitable tenant. As I have already signed the contract until 8th Jan, therefore the min. letting length is 2 months since 8th Nov (the moving date may be earlier than this date in the first week of Nov). You can also sign the longer contract with landlord directly.

All bills included in the rents, except electricity. Council tax not included but exempted for student.
