Hi there! We're looking for a new tenant to join us at my property in NR1. There's 0 deposit to pay, it's 490 pm and bills are included.
The house has everything you would expect including a washing machine, double oven, two sofas and a 65" OLED TV in the lounge.
The room is currently part-furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, IKEA cube unit. You will be sharing the house with one other tenant and myself. I am a live in landlord. However, I’m in London 3-4 days per week. The other tenant is a professional female who is super polite, easy going and calm. Our preference would be a second female at the properly.
It’s also worth noting that you will be sharing your bathroom with just her as I have my own en suite.
We're just 5 minutes walk from both the city centre and Riverside with many bus routes nearby.
