Double bed room

The room has a double bed which has 4 draws underneath for storage.
There is a mirror but I will swap this for a white one when it arrives and the side table, bin and clothes rail are included. There is a curtain rail to be put up too which I will do before hand.

I have a pet called Baskin, he is a lovely kitten who is currently inside with a litter tray, he is due to go outside in the new year when he's been done and the litter tray will be gone! I have said I will allow pets but would need to trial them with Baskin before agreeing and also no dogs.

We have a shared bathroom/kitchen and living space. Bathroom has a bath/shower with a big cupboard for any toliet . There is a loft and shed if you need to store anything also.
There is a spot on the drive and a allocated spot for you round the corner but also lots of parking around for visitors also.
I have a cleaner who comes once a week
but would need someone who can clean up after themselves also.
I will be working from home a lot(due to covid) as a counsellor from my room so would prefer someone who isn't working from home but could work still.
