LOCATION - NR2 - Golden Triangle. Lovely quiet area near coffee shops and a cosy pub, and just a 10/15 minute walk to the city centre.
PARKING & BIKE STORAGE - There is no parking permit available, however we do have limited day permits, 4 hour permit and there is non permit parking available on Sundays. If you work from home and have no alternative parking, it probably won't work for you. We have a locked alleyway for secure bike storage.
THE HOUSE - Spacious communal lounge & kitchen, shower and toilet downstairs and a toilet upstairs (2 toilets between 3 people).
THE ROOM - Double bed and chest of drawers included, & a built-in cupboard currently used as a wardrobe.
RENT - £510 all bills included, except TV license which is usually £54 each per year (due each April). Deposit is also £510. No smoking or illegal drugs. References required and single occupancy only.
ABOUT US - Current two housemates enjoy hanging out together, watching TV, and chatting, but also like our own space. We like to keep the house pretty tidy & clean. LGBTQIA+ friendly
