3 bedroom terraced house available from early September. Location is only a short walk from the train station, and only 5 minutes from the City Centre, with multiple bus routes along the way. Room is fully furnished, boasting a double bed, a desk (complete with a chair) and a wardrobe. ALL bills are included (Wifi, electricity, gas, council tax, water). You'll be sharing with 2 other people, including myself (working professional) and a postgraduate male student, aged 22. We are both very friendly and are looking for a great addition to the house!
