Short term rent of city centre flat

Two bedroom riverside flat available at massively reduced rent due to this being a short term tenancy. A weeks notice is required each way, although I will be sure to give more notice than this to you and let you know as soon as I receive a completion date, which I anticipate being mid to late feb (therefore this is likely to be a 2-4 week tenancy, potentially longer if there are delays.)

There are all the utilities in the bathroom and kitchen and there is a bed (no mattress) so all you would need to make yourselves comfortable is a mattress, sofa and TV. I will even leave the curtains there for you.

Short term as the property has sold I am just waiting on exchange.
