Furnished, sunny double room available in lovely, comfortable and warm 2 bedroom terraced house approximately 15 minutes walk from Norwich city centre. There are 2 bus stops near by, free on street parking and lots of local amenities.

The room has a kingsize bed, large cupboard, a chest of drawers, a clothes rail, room for a desk if required. There is a new, good sized, shared bathroom including a shower and bath downstairs and a washing machine in the kitchen. There is also a garden.

All bills, wifi broadband access and fortnightly cleaner are all included.

I am very friendly, like to socialise and exercise. I work full time, for normal but long hours, during the week so leave my socialising for the weekends usually.

The successful applicant will be a friendly, sociable and non smoking professional who is like minded to myself.
