Unfortunately due to covid I have to move out and me and my lovely housemates are searching for a new person to join them.
The room is on the bottom floor with the kitchen and living room. Upstairs are the other 3 bedrooms and the toilet and bathroom.
The house comes with parking spaces in the front garden and a big back garden with a storage shed.
The housemates are 3 males:
1 master student at UEA
1 PhD student at JIC
1 recent graduate
They're all really friendly and close so if you get the room be ready for some movie, drinking and game nights.
Rent is 285£ a month and all bills fixed 56£ a month.
In the kitchen: Tumble drier, clothes washing machine and dish washing machine
Room: Double room, closet, big desk, chair, shelfs and drawers, lights for studying included.
Separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub
