Double room to rent.

We have a double room available to rent in our home north of the city. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. We have a large kitchen, lounge, bathroom upstairs and second toilet downstairs. There is parking available by the house and a bus stop close by so regular bus times into the city centre.

We are both chilled out people who like to go out and socialise and love our music. While we are sociable, we do like our time to ourselves. We have two indoor cats so need someone who does not mind cats as one of them is very socialble/nosey! We are professionals who work for the NHS and work Mon - Fri. We would be after someone who is like minded to us, friendly and keeps their space clean and tidy.

We are looking for someone for 3-6 months but if it works well we are happy to extend this.
