2 spacious student rooms available for the 2021/2022 academic year. The house sits at the heart of the Golden Triangle in Norwich, just off of Unthank Road. It is well-positioned, approximately a 20-minute walk away from UEA and a 15-minute walk away from the centre of town.

Unthank Road boasts a good selection of shops and amenities, including a Tesco and a Co-Op, as well as various other businesses. The bedrooms are large, with double beds and ample storage.

I am a UEA graduate currently living and working in Norwich. I have no preferences for housemates, as long as they are current UEA/NUA students, either undergraduate or postgraduate. I'm a friendly, laid back person who is used to living with students, and I like to think I'm relatively easy to live with.
