Rose Valley - quiet and hidden yet in the heart of Norwich’s Golden Triangle with a resident’s garden and parking.
The light and airy en-suite double room is fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, a set of drawers, console table and chair and has a desk and chair and plenty of storage space in a small dressing area.
We have a nice cosy lounge with a wood burner for chilly nights, a fully equipped kitchen incl d/w, various gadgets and oodles of crockery and cutlery etc. The dining room has patio doors to a covered lean to and there is a courtyard garden at the front.
The price per calendar month is £675 which includes bills and a weekly clean of the communal areas.
Having the wanderlust gene means that we intend to be away for a significant amount of time up until the beginning of November 2021 - making it extra important for us to find the right person/couple.
