Large Double Room In A Shared House

I am looking for a reliable housemate to move into the master bedroom In my house, rent and bills all together are £474, it wouldn’t let me post many pictures on here but we have a decently sized garden and I do have a 9 month old kitten so must be okay with cats! We are pet friendly but I would rather no dogs due to the kitten. The communal areas have everything you need, you’re welcome to use the tv and my games consoles too! No students please as the letting agents won’t accept it.
