Monthly payments of £680 include ALL bills: super-fast broadband, COUNCIL TAX, gas, electricity, water, fortnightly cleaning of communal areas and gardening.

There are no fees to pay, just the first months rent rent and a £300 deposit to move in.

There is a large shared kitchen/dining room, larder, utility area, luxury shower room, and a bathroom with shower bath.

The shared kitchen with marble worktops includes a full size dishwasher, 2 tall fridge freezers, wide 5 ring hob, oven, microwave and walk in larder. There is a washing machine and separate drier in the utility area.

The house has gas central heating with radiators, all the windows have been upgraded and extra insulation added to walls giving a high EPC (energy performance) rating of C.

There is a long front garden, vast hallways and large south facing back garden with an area for sitting out and a secure bike store.
