We are two easy going, friendly women who are looking for a new housemate as our other housemate is moving out to go travelling.
THIS ROOM IS IDEALLY FOR PROFESSIONAL FEMALES 25YO+
We enjoy cosy movie nights in on the sofa and the occasional get together or barbeque in the summer.
Small double bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The room has a small built in wardrobe and a large storage cupboard in the hallway.
Shared living room, conservatory and kitchen.
The room is available from 28th August.
Bills are not included in the rent. Monthly bills are roughly £115 incl broadband.
Only a 10 minute walk from the train station and 20 minute walk from the city centre. Bus stop at the end of the cul-de-sac. Even though it’s so close to the city, it’s still a quiet area.
On street parking, permit required.
No short term let - minimum contract 6 months
