The room benefits from plenty of built in wardrobe space for storage etc.

The house is ideally located in the Golden Triangle on the west side of Norwich, for the Hospital and the University, and is less than 10 minutes by car or bus from the City Centre. Beautiful Eaton Park is a 5 minute walk.

There is off-street parking for one car and a secure bike shed. There are bus stops around the corner in Newmarket Rd for quick routes into the city or the hospital.

We are a family of three and the top floor is seldom used by us, so it is quiet and tucked away from the rest of the house. This room will suit someone who enjoys a quiet self-contained space.
