Double bedroom available from April

Hi there!

I’m looking for a new housemate to come and join me in the 2 bed terraced house that I’m currently renting from lovely landlords. The room will be available at the end of March/beginning of April - date tbc.

There is on road parking outside which requires a permit - very cheap for a year (around £40)
Within walking distance of the city - takes around 20 minutes.
All bills included - council tax, utilities, WiFi and various TV subscriptions.

The house is fully furnished and the bedroom will come with a double bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe. There is also a desk and chair but these can be taken out if you don’t want/need them.
It’s difficult to get a good picture of the room because of the angles - viewing is definitely advised and you’re more than welcome to come and do so.
Shared use of the bathroom and there is also a small garden. There is a washer/dryer downstairs for laundry. I also have a new sofa in the living room but have not got round to taking a photo of it yet.

A bit about me - I work full time at a school (term time hours) and I’m also currently doing my teacher training so I am often busy. I'm an 'early to bed, early to rise' kinda gal so if you're looking for a noisy, party type of household then this probably isn't for you!
I keep the house clean and tidy and I like to think that I’m easy to get on with. I also have a cat called Simba!
