Self contained room in shared house on ground floor with own private patio and access.  Room includes dedicated BT/Wi-Fi point for your own personal contract if you wish (at your expense to connect) although the house comes with wi-fi included in the rent with a BT router connected up stairs.
Kitchenette supported by the main kitchen which has w/m etc for your use. Private bathroom en-suite.

Room comes with a double bed and brand new mattress.  Personal bedding is not supplied.

All utility bills are included in the rent.

I'm open to you having pets (lets discuss what you have)! With the private enclosed patio, having a cat for example works well.

Smoking is fine but not in the room/communal areas of the house.
